Get in Shape 💪 Commitment Challenge Series 🏆 (“Get in Shape”, “we”, “our”, “us”) organizes accountability-based wellness and lifestyle challenges through private WhatsApp groups.
2. Information We Collect
When you participate in a Commitment Challenge Group, we may collect the following information:
Contact information: Name, phone number, and email address used to join WhatsApp groups.
Payment information: Entry Fee and Commitment Fee payments (processed through secure third-party providers). We do not store full payment card details.
Group activity: Content you voluntarily share in the WhatsApp group, including text, images, videos, audio notes, and daily check-ins.
Administrative data: Challenge start and end dates, your group participation history, and your progress (lives remaining, completed/failed commitments).

We use your information for the following purposes:
To create and manage your participation in a Commitment Challenge Group.
To process payments related to Entry Fees and Commitment Fees.
To maintain fairness and accountability by verifying shared actions within groups.
To enforce group rules (e.g., tracking lives, forfeiture of Commitment Fees when rules are broken).
To communicate important updates, reminders, or rule clarifications.
To improve our services and ensure a positive participant experience.
4. Community Nature of the Groups
Commitment Groups are human-managed communities, not automated systems. Verification of daily actions is carried out manually by the Admin Manager and by group peers. Content you share is visible to all members of your group. You should only share content you are comfortable making visible to fellow group participants.
5. Entry Fee & Commitment Fee Transparency
The Entry Fee is non-refundable. It secures your spot in a group and supports the resources, time, and people required to run the challenges.
The Commitment Fee is refundable only if you successfully complete the challenge. If you fail to meet the challenge rules (e.g., not checking in, losing all lives), the Commitment Fee is forfeited and not refunded.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. However, by joining a WhatsApp group, you acknowledge that your phone number, profile name, and any content you post will be visible to other members of your assigned group.
We may share limited data with third-party providers strictly for payment processing and administrative purposes.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, please note that WhatsApp is a third-party platform, and its own privacy policy governs how your information is handled on their service.
8. Data Retention
Your payment records are retained as required by law for financial and tax purposes.
WhatsApp group activity is not stored by us beyond the lifetime of the challenge. Once a challenge ends, the group may be closed and its content no longer accessible.
We do not archive or back up the media (photos, videos, audio) you share in groups.
